All products can directly be purchased from Elphel Inc, USA.
We are shipping worldwide.

Payment Policy:

Payment is to be made in advance.
Net30 option is available to Universities and returning customers with a good payment history.
Local Taxes (VAT) and customs may apply and are not included in prices-list, quotes and invoices.
All prices are in USD.

Return Policy:

Products can be returned for 30 days after they have been received for a full refund (shipping cost at customers expense).

Shipping Cost:

We are shipping worldwide with UPS.
Typical rates (single camera package with standard accessories) are:
$50 - $75 USD inside USA
$150 USD to Europe

Standard Lead Times

2 weeks for standard NC353L and NC353L-369
4 weeks for any specific requirements camera

The Lead Time will be determined more accurately on the quote.
